Are your products natural and cruelty free?

Yes, Natalia's Magic Skin Care is an ALL natural skin care line and we definitely are cruelty free. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, We ship everywhere

When will my order ship?

Processing times vary between 7-14 business days (Orders placed will start processing the next business day) You choose your OWN processing at checkout. Shipping timeframes are Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and holidays)

How can I track my package?

We will send you your tracking # via email as soon as your package is delivered to the post office.

Returns and Refunds:

The return policy last 7 days after your package has been delivered. After 7 days unfortunately we can not issue any exchange or refund.

There will be a 30% restocking fee. 

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.

It must also be in the original packaging, and not in any other packaging. 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing product for reasons not due to our error or a 1-2 use sample WILL NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. 

All returns will be processed within 3-5 business days and you will be notified via email once we receive your item.

 Cancelling your order

To cancel your order you will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. If your order has been shipped a refund can NOT be made.

Contact us via phone or email for all returns or exchanges so I can instruct you on what to do next.


Lost Packages:

Packages with INSURANCE that have been marked as "delivered" MUST contact us via email (info@nataliasmagicskincare.com) or phone (800-890-5135) within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery to have a claim filed and replacement sent out. 

Packages WITHOUT insurance must contact carrier directly to open and file claim.
