I love supporting new businesses, especially owned by women of color/black/brown; such as myself. However, I ALWAYS give honest reviews. THAT being said, I had to post my recent experience with Natalia.. So, I was called personally by Natalia to apologize & inform me my order was shipping out ASAP, since it would be a little late. For the inconvenience, which wasn’t a huge inconvenience at all, she threw in some extra things. That was so thoughtful of her. It made all the difference in the world. I’ve waited longer for products from places like Ulta w/ no apology or attempt to accommodate me. She went above & beyond unlike many high end businesses. I was incredibly impressed. I started using my products today & I love them already. Plus, my sister swears by them…. And she knows quality. I know I will love the products just as much as my sister does… Thank you, Natalia.
